Transcript for “The Answer”

Someday in the future one of my daughters is going to ask me:

“Hey dad: you served in the State Senate. What did you do during that great recession and all those deficits and debt?”

I want to have an answer for her. I think the answer is to rein in spending, to lower taxes, and to make Minnesota the best place to do business. I think that’s the answer she deserves.
